Accepting these terms
By requesting or accepting service, you confirm that you are legally able to authorise work on the vehicle and agree to these terms. If you act for a vehicle owner or company, you confirm that you have their authority.
Service scope
We provide mobile battery testing, delivery, installation, jump-start assistance and related charging-system checks. A visit is subject to technician availability, safe access, suitable working conditions and available battery stock.
Arrival times are estimates rather than guarantees. Traffic, weather, access restrictions, demand and the accuracy of the location supplied can affect arrival.
Vehicle information and battery selection
You must provide accurate vehicle make, model, year, engine and location information. The final battery recommendation may change after the technician inspects the vehicle, its existing battery and any start-stop or battery-management system.
Some vehicles require battery registration, coding or additional diagnostic work. We will explain any additional service and price before proceeding.
Prices, payment and quotations
- Website prices marked “from” are starting prices and do not guarantee that every vehicle uses that battery.
- The fitted price and included services will be confirmed before work begins.
- Payment is due when the agreed work is completed unless written credit terms have been approved.
- Any applicable VAT or other mandatory charge will be shown or included as required by law.
Access and customer responsibilities
You must provide a safe, lawful place to work and any community gate, parking or security access required. Please disclose known electrical faults, fluid leaks, accident damage, modifications or other conditions that could affect safe battery service.
We may decline or stop work where access or conditions are unsafe, the vehicle requires workshop equipment, or the requested work is outside the agreed service.
Cancellation and failed attendance
Tell us as soon as possible if you no longer require the technician. A reasonable call-out or cancellation charge may apply if a technician has already been dispatched, arrives at an incorrect location supplied by you, cannot access the vehicle, or the booking is cancelled after special-order stock has been obtained. Any charge will be explained before collection.
Warranty
Battery warranty length depends on the brand, model and application confirmed at purchase. Warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects during the stated period and may require proof of purchase and testing of the vehicle’s charging system.
Warranty does not normally cover misuse, collision or flood damage, unauthorised modification, incorrect external charging, parasitic drain, alternator or starter faults, or normal discharge caused by leaving electrical equipment on. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Old batteries and installed parts
Unless agreed otherwise, the quoted replacement service includes removal of the old battery for responsible handling. Ownership of the new battery passes after full payment. Special-order items may be subject to supplier return restrictions where permitted by law.
Website information and third-party services
We aim to keep website information accurate, but availability, specifications, prices and estimated arrival times can change. Vehicle and battery brand names belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Links or integrations involving WhatsApp, Google, payment providers or other third parties are governed by those providers’ terms as well as any terms that apply between you and us.
Responsibility and governing law
We are responsible for performing agreed work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or for pre-existing vehicle faults unrelated to our work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and Dubai. Any dispute should first be raised with us so we can try to resolve it directly; unresolved disputes remain subject to the competent courts and applicable consumer-protection procedures.
Privacy, changes and contact
