A flat battery should not mean arranging a tow or waiting at a workshop. Tell us your location and vehicle, and a mobile technician comes equipped to test the battery and charging system before recommending a replacement.
If replacement is required, we fit the correct battery, start and retest the vehicle, register the applicable warranty and take the old battery away for responsible handling.

Our working standard
We match the battery to the vehicle rather than selling one universal option. Vehicle make, model, year, engine and start-stop equipment can all affect the required capacity, terminal layout and battery technology.
Arrival times are estimates, but clear communication is not. We confirm the available option and fitted price before sending a technician and explain any change before work begins.
Local coverage
Our service is designed for The Villa’s villa driveways and garages across The Centro, The Aldea, Hacienda and The Ponderosa, plus visitor parking and the Centro retail car park. We also assist vehicles stranded on nearby roads such as Al Ain Road (E66) and Emirates Road (E611), subject to safe access for the technician and service van.
