Who runs this site

This website, and the mobile battery service it describes, is run by Car Battery Replacement in The Villa. To ask a question or make a privacy request, reach us through the Call Now or WhatsApp buttons on this site.

What we collect

• Details you give us, for example your name, phone number, WhatsApp messages, where the service is needed, the car's make and model, and what battery it needs.
• Records of the service and transaction, such as quotes, bookings, the work carried out, whether payment was made and warranty details.
• Basic technical and usage data, for example your IP address, browser and device type, the page that sent you here, the pages you open and a rough location worked out from your IP address.
• Advertising data, such as which campaign or ad brought you to the site and whether your visit led to a call, a WhatsApp click or another action we measure.

Cookies, Google Ads and measurement

If Google Ads measurement is switched on, Google tags can use cookies or similar identifiers to tell whether an ad produced a site visit or a conversion. Google may then receive details of the ad interaction, your browser or device, the pages you viewed and the conversion itself.

We may measure conversions in aggregate and, where switched on and allowed, use remarketing or personalised ads. We do not knowingly put phone numbers, WhatsApp message content, detailed service notes or any other details that directly identify a customer into Google Ads tag parameters or page URLs.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

Information is kept only as long as is reasonably needed to provide the service, support warranties, keep accounts, handle disputes, measure advertising and meet legal obligations. How long depends on the kind of record.

We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect information. Even so, no method of sending or storing data over the internet can be promised to be completely secure.

Your rights and choices

Depending on the law that applies, you can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information, object to or limit certain uses of it, or withdraw your consent. Advertising preferences can be managed in Google My Ad Center, and cookies can be blocked or deleted in your browser settings.

Before acting on a request we may need to confirm who you are. We may keep some information where it is needed for legal, warranty, fraud-prevention or accounting reasons.

Children, other sites and updates

Our service is not aimed at children. This site may link to WhatsApp, Google or other outside services, which follow their own privacy terms. We may revise this policy when our service, our advertising tools or our legal duties change, and the date at the top shows which version is current.
